Production profile
With our reliable and experienced engineering and welding staff, we manufacture elements for steel structures according to entrusted designs. These are both ready-made steel products for the construction industry and products for use in other branches (e.g. structures for technology lines for domestic and foreign companies). We provide anticorrosive protection of the elements with galvanic, varnish or zinc coating. We also offer a variety of services comprising of cutting and bending ready-made steel products, machining and shot blasting of ordered metallurgic products bought in STEEL CONSORTIUM SA and products provided by the customer.
- Guillotine cutting of cold-rolled and hot-rolled black steel sheets, up to 10 mm thick;
- Hand plasma cutting of steel sheets up to 40 mm thick, CNC plasma cutting of sheets up to 10 mm thick;
- CNC propane-oxygen burner cutting of sheets between 6 mm and 100 mm thick;
- Band-saw precise mechanical cutting of shaped steel, also between +60° and -45°C;
- Steel sheet bending with CNC bending brake, max length: 3 m, pressure: 200 tons;
- Hot galvanising;
- Shot blasting in a 13x4 m cabin;
- Machining.
