KONSORCJUM STALI S.A. is the largest producer of construction reinforcements in Poland and one of the leading distributors of steel products.
From 2007 to 2020, the shares of Konsorcjum Stali S.A. were listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The company began its activity in the steel products trade in 1999. However, Bodeko – with which Konsorcjum Stali merged in 2008 – had been operating in the steel industry since 1989. The company is a pioneer in the consolidation of the steel distribution sector. In 2000, it united three steel wholesale companies under one brand: Stalko, Stalhurt, and Budo-Market, becoming one of the largest steel trading firms in central Poland. A key milestone in the company's dynamic development was the 2008 merger with its main competitor – Bodeko Sp. z o.o. – which transformed Konsorcjum Stali into a nationwide enterprise.

The company’s distribution activity is currently carried out through eleven commercial branches located in: Białystok, Chojnice, Kraków, Lublin, Marki (near Warsaw), Poznań, Radom, Rzeszów, Warsaw-Ursus, Wrocław, and Zawiercie.
Production and processing operations are conducted at seven facilities. Reinforcement production plants are located in Poznań, Pruszków, and Wrocław.
Modern sheet metal processing plants operate in Kraków and Częstochowa.
In Rembertów, the company runs a steel structures production facility, and in Zawiercie – a processing plant focused on cutting, burning, drilling, and shot blasting of sections and plates.
The list of production facilities within the Konsorcjum Stali capital group is complemented by Polcynk Sp. z o.o. in Radom – a plant specializing in the production of steel structures.
